Originally collected in 2000, the Caped Crusader faces the menace of the Axis powers in these tales, dating from the dawn of World War II. Along with saboteurs and Fifth Columnists, Batman also takes on the menaces of classic villains including the Joker, the Penguin, and Catwoman.
