How do you handle Returns?
Comics, Trade Paperback, Action Figure, and Card Sales are final. All
other merchandise may be returned up to two weeks from the ship date
for store/website credit. Returns and shipping are the responsibility
of the recipient.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and purchases over Paypal. On
rare occasions we will accept money orders, please contact us if you
do not have the ability to pay via credit card or Paypal. We do not accept
personal checks.
Where is the bulk of your merchandise?
Most of our merchandise on the website is in hand at our Allentown location.
However, we have a 24-48 hour access to our huge warehouse. Please check
out our Huge Inventory list to view additional merchandise not loaded
onto our website. All of this merchandise is orderable and ready to be
shipped.
How often do you receive new product?
We receive new product every day from a host of different suppliers.
We receive new comics and products
from Diamond every Wednesday. We receive reorders and comic restocking
every Thursday for store supply. Website restocking is no different.
